दिनांक १.९.९३ रोजी सकाळी ८.३० वा. उर्विला नगर नागपूर येथे डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर नशनल असोसीएशन ऑफ इंजिनीअर्स तर्फे बांधण्यात येणाऱ्या डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर सांस्कृतिक भवनाचा भूमिपूजन समारंभ न्या. श्री. भाऊ वहाने, न्यायाधीश, हायकोर्ट, मुंबई, नागपूर खंडपीठ यांच्या हस्ते आणि डॉ. रूपाताई बोधी ( कुलकर्णी ) यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली पार पडला.

Inaugurated on 14 April 1997, by Hon. Railway Minister Ram Vilas Paswan (Government of India) and Hon. Education Minister Anil Deshmukh (Government of Maharashtra). Along with Hon.
